THE FOUNDER

Hélène Ibos advises and litigates in all areas of tax law for French and international clients, including individuals, trusts, companies and investment funds. She works in all business sectors and has acquired particular expertise in the renewable energies and maritime sectors, on behalf of producers and shipowners as well as banks.

In the course of her work, Hélène Ibos has forged close links with colleagues, notaries, chartered accountants and foreign correspondents, enabling her to study and follow up complex cases. She works in both French and English. She is also bilingual in Spanish and has a good level of Italian.

Hélène Ibos set up her own firm at the end of 2024 after nearly twelve years with Arsene Taxand and Watson Farley Williams, where she has been Counsel since 2022.

She holds a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, a Diploma in Italian Civilization and Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Certificate of Proficiency in English from McGill University (Montreal, Canada).

She is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and taught for three years at the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas as a part-time lecturer.
